Popcorn Mobile will cease operations
Dear Clients, Popcorn Mobile will cease operations on November 1, 2025.
- All active numbers will be transferred to our partner — the Estonian company Top Connect OÜ.
- The transfer of all active numbers will take place during the night of October 31 to November 1, 2025. All numbers will be transferred with balances as of 00:00 on November 1, 2025, Tallinn time. At the time of transfer, a short-term (up to one hour) service disruption may occur.
- All active internet packages will continue to be valid after the transfer until the traffic is used up and until the expiration of their validity periods.

In order to continue managing your number, it is necessary between November 1, 2025 and January 31, 2026 to create a personal account on the Top Connect OÜ website and link your number.
The instructions for transferring the number to the new personal account will be sent to you later and published on the website. - All blocked numbers, as well as numbers with a negative balance, will be transferred to the regulator for rotation; their transfer to Top Connect OÜ for further use is not possible.
- The purchase of new numbers, including for existing clients, has already been disabled.
- Starting from October 20, 2025, the possibility to top up the balance will be disabled. Access to the personal account will remain available until November 30, 2025.
- From November 1, 2025, your number will be serviced according to the current tariffs and rules of Top Connect OÜ.
If you do not plan to switch to the new operator and wish to request a refund, please send an application to support@popcorn.tel by October 27, 2025. After the transfer of numbers and balances to Top Connect OÜ, a refund will not be possible. Refunds of funds from the balance will be made minus a commission fee.
Refunds are not provided:
- for numbers with a balance of less than 5 euros;
- for numbers already blocked and transferred to rotation, for which service conditions were not met;
- for credits to the balance received within the framework of marketing campaigns;
- for balances topped up using bank cards issued by Russian banks, or topped up via SBP.
Please send all inquiries to support@popcorn.tel. We do not consider requests regarding the transfer of numbers to Top Connect OÜ in Telegram and WhatsApp chats, however, the chats remain available for all other questions related to communication service issues.
