Can I transfer my eSIM to a new device?

Yes, if the new device supports eSIM. The transfer from one device to another is possible twice.

Simply delete your eSIM profile from one device, scan the QR code with the new device, and follow the installation instructions on your phone.

Please note that for proper profile deletion, your device must be connected to the internet.
