How to delete an eSIM profile?
To properly delete the profile, your device must be connected to the internet. Connect via Wi-Fi or use your primary SIM card.
To delete the profile on an iPhone:
"Settings" → "Cellular" or "Mobile Data" → select the plan you wish to delete → "Delete Cellular Plan."
To delete the profile on an Android device:
"Settings" → "Network & Internet" → "Mobile Network" → select the eSIM profile → "Erase SIM Card Data."
To delete the profile on a Huawei device:
"Settings" → "Mobile Network" → "SIM Management" → select the eSIM profile → turn off the eSIM → press "Delete."
Please note that deleting the profile does not terminate your contractual relationship with Popcorn Mobile.
