The Activation Code is always unique. Copy it from your personal account or the email.

Then follow these steps:

«Settings» → «Network & Internet» → «Mobile Network» → «Add» → «Download SIM Card» → «Need Help» → «Enter Manually» → Paste the full Activation Code.

Wait for the eSIM to register on the network. This usually takes less than a minute.
